The go-live typically starts within a few weeks. Our onboarding team supports you through data migration, configuration, staff training and the first live day.
Is Sanatatrafico GDPR-compliant and hosted in Switzerland?
Yes. All data is stored and processed exclusively in a Swiss data centre. The platform complies with GDPR (EU) and the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG).
Can Sanatatrafico be integrated into our ERP system?
Yes. Via our REST API, orders, vehicle data and customer data can be automatically synchronised from common ERP and WMS systems. Contact us about your specific integration.
Which devices does the driver app support?
The driver app runs on Android, iOS and Harmony OS – directly in the browser, no installation from an app store required. It works on all common smartphones and is also offline-capable for poor connectivity.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. Sanatatrafico can be cancelled monthly. We are convinced that our platform wins through daily added value – not through long contract terms.
How many drivers and dispatchers can work simultaneously?
The number of users depends on your chosen plan and can be adjusted at any time. In the Professional plan there is no fixed upper limit.
